Dear Friends,

With deepest sorrow we must inform our friends and family that Emily Jones Shrader (B.A. '98), former Alumni Association Coordinator, passed away Friday, May 2.

Join the University of Memphis family and friends in remembering the life of Thomas Boggs (B.A. ‘72). An avid supporter of the University of Memphis and the Alumni Association, Boggs was a past recipient of the True Blue Tradition Award given at Homecoming for his supporting role in the Homecoming parade, pep rally and party. Among many projects Boggs was involved in at the University, he will be especially remembered for his role within the College of Arts and Sciences where he served on the Dean’s Advisory Board.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 7 at Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal Church from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. with funeral services on Thursday, May 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
